  Unfortunately had this guy (Stephen Peter Thomas) round to do some electrical work at one of my properties.
  
  Arrived at my property on time, but immediately started complaining about items he said were stolen the previous day, as if it was somehow my fault. (no hello or introduction). Continued with a difficult and uncooperative attitude throughout.
  
  Mr Thomas continued moaning on his mobile to other individuals throughout the course of the job and made derogatory comments about the property as if it was any of his business, which it wasn't.
  
  Could not wait to get rid of this guy. Eventually, when he had completed the job he was contracted for, he wanted extra funds for an additional part for the shower (which was not what I was initially quoted), but agreed to. When this was completed he wanted additional monies for his apprentice's journey to the local shop (round the corner) which I didn't agree to. I believe the amount was £20 for alleged travelling expenses for his apprentice. As I had not agreed to the extra £20 travelling expenses I told him I was not prepared to pay for the additional £20(I had already agreed to pay this guy £600 for the initial quote, c£100 for the shower part and now he wanted another £20 for travelling which I didn't agree to).
  
  He then got aggressive, so I told him to leave my property, which he eventually did after telling him several times, and me threatening to phone the police. On his way out he referred to me as "scummy", which is funny coming from him, and indicative of his attitude towards customers.
  
  ps had to give this guy 1 star, but doesn't deserve any!!
